Strategic step :
- Meeting to get information to better understand the company and its expectations.
- Information collection about the target market where our customer wants to develop / invest.
- Definition together of the best entry strategy / investment based in the financial reality of the company/investor with short, medium and long term perspectives.
- Development of an appropriate budget aligned with the information collected and the established strategy.
Tactical step :
Based on the defined strategy, prior to our arrival, or in conjunction with our customer, we will define a methodology that meets this strategic, that can as well be through a greenfield operation, M&A transaction, searching of partners and others.
Operational step :
The methodology will be adapted to our customer needs, as we can intervene in the business management, partners network, commercial teams entertainers or in punctual businesses.
